Mum passed on Sat 3rd April 2021, I waited until Mon 5th 2021 as a bank holiday to contact Clair Harpers. The Hospital knew that Clair was doing the funeral. Sanders was my contact from then onwards and met the same day. Sanders took full control and noted all answers to his questions, even using information from Dad's passing in 2005. Sanders gave me a checklist of what had to be done. He took ownership of everything he could and gave timescales. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he took my calls even out with of office hours. He even agreed to hold the closing of the coffin until the funeral morning for travelling family. Options were agreed to follow the hearse to Canisbay, and the timings were exact. due to COVID numbers were few, but service was perfect and Sanders has to take credit for that. Couldn't have been bettered and I recommend Sinclair's for their quality.
